Hi, I’m Donna Bui, based in Orange County, California. I graduated from San Jose State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Business Administration, focusing on Marketing, and a minor in Communication Studies. My background in business and communication has been a great foundation for my career, especially as I’ve shifted toward UX/UI design.

In my current role, I manage social media and websites for three different food trade shows. Each show has its own audience and set of challenges, so I’m always thinking about how to engage users and create smooth digital experiences. A big part of my work is making sure the websites are both easy to use and visually appealing, which is what sparked my passion for UX/UI design. I love diving into the details of design, from user flow to interaction, and figuring out how to make things simpler and more enjoyable for the end user.

Outside of work, I love cooking, staying active, and spending time with my dogs. I’m also learning Spanish and enjoy traveling for new experiences and inspiration.
