User Persona
After interviews and research, I created a user persona for the main users of the FurFresh app. Current frustrations include inefficient booking systems, lack of customizations, and unclear pricing. Their goal is to use an app that's convenient, offers a straightforward booking process, allows service customization, and clearly shows the full price upfront.

Design
Low-fidelity Wireframes
For my lo-fi wireframes, I created an initial mockup of my ideas, focusing on my user persona and user flows. The wireframes outline a simple, intuitive structure with key features like easy appointment booking, transparent pricing, and booking confirmations. This helps visualize the app’s flow and ensures a user-friendly experience before moving to hi-fi designs.

High-fidelity Wireframes
For my high fidelity wireframes, I added colors, typography, and graphics to bring the design to life. I refined the layout, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive experience that aligns with the user persona and brand identity. The wireframes now include realistic design elements such as buttons, icons, colors, and images, making the app feel more polished while maintaining the user-friendly flow.

Prototype
Prototyping
For prototyping, I added transitions and interactions to bring the design to life. I made the logo and navigation sticky for consistent access and ensured smooth vertical scrolling for a seamless user experience. These updates enhance usability and make the app feel polished and interactive.

Usability Testing
During usability testing with five participants, I received feedback that the buttons at the bottom were confusing. Users weren’t sure what they were for or what step/page they were on due to the number of buttons. This highlighted the need for clearer labels and a progress tracker to improve navigation.
Iterations
Based on usability testing feedback, I added labels to the buttons for clarity and a progress tracker to clearly indicate the user's current step in the process. These changes aim to enhance navigation and ensure a smoother, more intuitive experience.
